We refer to the letter dated 30 June 2005 from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad which refers to the article appearing in The Malay Mail, Page 35, Thursday, 30 June 2005 and in particular, the following sentence:-
"asiaEP Bhd, a software and services company, expects a double digit increase in sales...."
The Company wishes to clarify that the Chief Executive Officer of the Company merely highlighted that the Company's revenue had been growing between 20% to 23% for the past two financial years and had not made any specific statements regarding the future financial performance of the Company.
This announcement is dated 4 July 2005.

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Malay Mail, MailMoney, Page
35, Thursday, 30 June 2005, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"Asiaep Bhd, a software and services company, expects a double digit increase
in sales ... "
