Further to the announcement dated 6 July 2004, K&N Kenanga Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of asiaEP Berhad ("asiaEP"), wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 27 July 2004 granted asiaEP a waiver from issuing a Circular to Shareholders and from procuring its shareholders approval in relation to the related party transaction involving the Proposed Property Acquisitions.
