We refer to the letter dated 29 September 2005 from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad which refers to the article appearing in The Malay Mail, Page 36, Thursday, 29 September 2005 and in particular, the following sentence:-
"AsiaEP is expected to register as much as RM20 million in sales for its current financial year ending Feb 28, 2006…"
asiaEP Berhad wishes to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the statement above was not issued by the Company. The Company further wishes to clarify that it had not issued any specific statements regarding its future financial performance.

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Malay Mail, MailMoney, Page
36, Thursday, 29 September 2005, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"AsiaEp is expected to register as much as RM20 million in sales for its
current financial year ending Feb 28, 2006 ... "
